Greek for Emotional Ivory, Synaisthimatikó Elefantódonto, Vol. I is the first installment in a series of voice memo piano albums. I've always felt like the piano was the instrument that, when I play it, my emotions come out the most clearly and obviously. I tend to sit down at the piano when I'm going through a lot of darkness in life and it usually offers some kinda respite. So I gathered a few piano improvs I've recorded in various places over the past months and assigned an emotion to each of them. It also offers a kind of snapshot to my mental state over the past couple months. Just raw and straightforward shit, hopefully y'all can get something out of it.
